Having worked for a large national, as well as a smaller boutique recruitment agency, Liz noticed a gap in the market for an Accountancy specialist to focus on the Lincolnshire area. With a network of contacts built up over ten years Liz is often able to identify candidates that are not actively looking.
In the time that Liz has been recruiting, she has been faced with the challenges that differing market conditions can offer, and is flexible and confident enough to tailor her approach to whatever the recruitment and economic climate dictates. Liz recruits across South Lincolnshire and has clients in Spalding, Boston, Grantham, Bourne, The Deepings and Sleaford.
Liz recruits at the Part Qualified and Qualified level on a temporary and permanent basis. Positions include:
Financial Accountants, Management Accountants, Finance Managers, Group Accountants,
Site Accountants, Cost Accountants, Financial Controllers, Finance Directors, Interim Accountants

Rachel Broomhead
Office Manager
Rachel is our Office Manager and works closely with Liz. She is responsible for everything from sourcing suppliers to setting up meetings and interviews. Rachel has an English language degree and Masters and is also responsible for our advertising. She has worked at Indigo for one and a half years and is responsible for the running of the business in Liz’s absence.
