About Indigo
The benefit of working with a recruitment agency that has a small team is that everyone knows what is happening within the business. So you don’t need to wait until ‘your Consultant’ is in the office for an update on something. We have a low turnover of staff, so you’re not faced with a different person each time you call.
We treat people as individuals and you’re not just a number to us. Each new employee into the business is handpicked by Liz in order to ensure that you get to deal with an empathic, warm and professional person; not a pushy sales type. We believe that a professional recruitment agency should be an extension of your HR department and not a group of cold callers.
The Team
Liz Whiteman
Managing Director
Having worked for a large national, as well as a smaller boutique recruitment agency, Liz noticed a gap in the market for an Accountancy specialist to focus on the Lincolnshire area. With a network of contacts built up over 10 years Liz is often able to identify candidates that are not actively looking.
In the time that Liz has been recruiting she has been faced with the challenges that differing market conditions can offer and is flexible and confident enough to tailor her approach to whatever the recruitment and economic climate dictates.
Kayleigh Flynn
Trainee Consultant
Kayleigh joined Indigo as a Trainee due to an increase in business in 2010. She has worked in the motor industry for her Father's business and then more recently at Lincolnshire County Council, so she understands the nuances of both the public and the private sectors. She is a local person with significant knowledge of the areas within South Lincolnshire. Her approachable and professional manner have enabled her to develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients alike.
Rachel Broomhead
Office Manager
Rachel is our Office Manager and she will often be the first port of call when people phone Indigo. She is responsible for anything and everything that comes under the administration heading within a small business. Basically she keeps us supported so that we can focus on finding people jobs.
Rachel also has a first class honours degree in English Literature and is studying towards a Masters in the same. It is important to us to make sure that things such as CVs and job descriptions are produced in an accurate fashion so we get Rachel to check all of our work!
